1. How to know which size to pick up ?
Vous You can refer yourself to our size guide which describes all the different measurements and how to select your size. However, if you are not sure, don’t hesitate to contact us by email or by phone for any advice. Our designers will guide you, and help you to select the right size and design which is the most suitable to your morphology.
2. Does Orah Swim offer products that have a UV protection ?
Yes ! All our dresses have fabrics which are SPF 50+. This means that the fabric will protect your skin and offer you a High UV protection. For all the body zones which are not covered by the swimsuit, we nevertheless advice you to use a SPF 50+ sun cream.
3. What is the fabric used for the design of our swim dresses ?
Our collection is made exclusively from premium materials, italian fabric like Carvico which is an international reference. The composition is 80% Lycra® and 20% spandex. All the details are written on the label.
4. The product/size that I would like to order is not available, how can I order it ?
Thanks to contact us directly by email or by phone and we will do our best to reach your needs.
5. Is it possible to exchange a product ?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any exchange except for the purchase made and delivered to France. If you need to replace the product for a different size or color, you should first return the product within 14 days after the purchase day, for refund (the transport fee won’t be refund) and then place another order. The delivery to return the product has to be 100% paid by the customer.
6. How to exchange or return a product if my country is not part of the European Union ?
If returning from outside the EU, please ensure you fill customs declaration form as a ***RETURN*** item. Please do no mark it as a commercial items (you’re not selling items to us). If no tick box available to mark as a return item, please tick OTHER and clearly state it’s a ‘RETURN’ item next to it. Failing to mark the customs form correctly will increase the time and it will incur custom charge, which it should not since it is a returned item.

For all the returns (worldwide returns), you should get a refund only for the price of the product and not for the transport fee. In all the returned packages, thanks to leave us a copy of your bill as well as a note with your order number in order for us to identify easily your package.
