WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Maison Orah delivers worldwide. We deliver everyday except on Shabbat/Shabbes and Jewish holidays.


TO PLACE AN ORDER

An order is processed only when you receive a confirmation email and when we receive the payment.
If a product is not available or there is no stock anymore, please contact us by email at info@maisonorah.com and we will come back to you with options.

REFUND (if applicable)

For refund, we only accept the product that have not been worn, with the label.
You have a period of 14 days after the delivery date of your package to return a product only after validation by email from our customer service.
Once your return is accepted and checked by our team, we will send you an email that tell you that we receive your product. We will also confirm you or not regarding the refund. The refund doesn’t include the transporation cost which has to be paid by the customer.
If you refund is confirmed, it will be done and a credit will be automatically applied on your credit card or Paypal account.


DELAYED OR LOST RETURN (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check first your bank statement
Then, please contact your bank because the official confirmation of your refund may take few days. If you still did not receive your refund, please contact us by email at info@maisonorah.com


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

All the exchanges have to be authorized before delivery. The autorisation and confirmation should be done by us, Orah Swim by email at info@maisonorah.com
The exchange (if applicable) is available in the 14 days following the date of reception of your order.
We don’t replace a defective or damaged product. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please send us an email at info@maisonorah.com and wait until we inform you regarding the next process. In case you would like to exchange the product with the same product but a different size, you should first wait our confirmation and follow the process. The process will mention that you should return first the product your receive, receive a refund and then place a new order.
Furthermore, the customer is in charge of the delivery fees when returning the article.
For all the returns, you should be refunded only for the cost of the products you ordered but not for the delivery fees.
In all the returned packages, thanks to insert a copy of the bill as well as a short note with the order number in order for us to identify your order.

For the returns outside France and UE :

If returning from outside the EU, please ensure you fill customs declaration form as a ***RETURN*** item. Please do no mark it as a commercial items (you’re not selling items to us). If no tick box available to mark as a return item, please tick OTHER and clearly state it’s a ‘RETURN’ item next to it. Failing to mark the customs form correctly will increase the time and it will incur custom charge, which it should not since it is a returned item.

If you return a product that has a value superior to $75, we duly recommend you to use a delivery service that offer a tracking service as well as you should suscribe to an insurance. We can’t guarantee you that we will receive your product back.
